Tudor Prince Oysterdate Philippines Airlines 74000N

What a cool watch this is. The 74000 is a perfect mid-size sports piece in it's own right, but some may find it's design a touch staid. The addition of the Phillippines Airline logo at 6 adds a very cool pop of colour, without being as in your face as something like Domino's branding you see on Rolex's. Known as the PAL dial, it elevates this 74000N from a fantastic daily wearer, to something a bit special.

This particular piece is a B5XXXXX serial, so circa 1993, and the condition is absolutely phenomenal. Clearly well cared for, the case looks unpolished to my eyes, and is full and crisp with with correct finishes in place. Lugs are very thick, and even. The serial and reference between the lugs is ultra-sharp.

Dial is in lovely condition. Light patina forming inboard of 3/4. All tritium plots in place. Hands look to be original, with a deep pumpkin patina and some degradation present. Please see images for full condition details.

The bracelet is a 7835B folded link Oyster with 361B endlinks. It's dated R6, so also 1993 and assumed original. Contains 13 links, so suitable for around a 7.5in wrist or smaller.

Service history is unknown. All functions operating as they should, and keeping time at around +9 seconds a day at 290 degrees of amplitude.
