Panerai Luminor 1950 8 Days GMT PAM233

Then Panerai Luminor PAM233 has long been our favourite 44mm Panerai, and is in our opinion one of the nicest Panerai's ever made.

Featuring the iconic Panerai design cues with its 44mm Luminor 1950 steel case, ultra-legible sandwich dial and broad 24mm lug spacing, it adds to this an monster 8 day power reserve from its manual-wind P.2002 movement as well as a discreet GMT function, with the AM/PM indicator at 9 which also includes a zero-reset sub-seconds, and a GMT hand that can be hidden behind the hour hand when not in use. Add in 300m of water resistance and a domed crystal and you've got a spectacular looking diving watch that is mechanically interesting, with oodles of practicality and Italian design flair in spades.

This particular example is was first purchased in 2018 and presents in TZ good condition. The case, bezel and buckle show hairlines and light scuffs from regular use, and there’s a few extremely small dings on the bevel lines of the lugs downgrading it from 'Excellent' to 'Good' on our grading scale. No service history, but it’s a little young for that. Running beautifully and keeping COSC time tested at both half wind and full wind.
