Omega Speedmaster Blue Side of the Moon Aventurine Dial 304.93.44.52.03.002
One of our favourite pieces in the Omega lineup, the Aventurine Blue Side of the Moon is a thoroughly modern take on the Speedy formula.
Utilising a 44.25mm case made of blue ceramic, it houses the most spectacular Aventurine glass dial with applied 18k Sedna gold indices and hands, with a pointer date register at 9 containing a running seconds indicator, with a 12 hour and minute counter at 3. At the base of the dial sits a gorgeous blue enamel Aventurine glass Moonphase with 18k Sedna gold moons. Surrounding this dial is a blue ceramic bezel with Ceragold tachy scale. Very cool.
Powering it is OMEGA's Co-Axial METAS certified Calibre 9904, and its mounted to a very supple Omega 'gator and calf leather strap, and is finished off with an Omega deployant also in ceramic.
This particular example was first sold in October 2021 and presents in TZ Near Mint condition. The case shows no real signs of use, as is typical of ceramic. The strap has small nicks along its edges which is the reason for the 'Near Mint' rather than 'Mint' grading. This is inevitable with the design of the deployant clasp and the stiff sidewalls of an Alligator strap. Please see images for full condition details.
No service history, but much too new for that. All functions operating as they should, and keeping COSC time. Remains under manufacturers warranty.
Comes with outer box, inner box, warranty card dated October 2021, pictogram card, chronometer card, instruction booklet, card holder, Omega cleaning cloth and Watch Vault cleaning cloth.
