Breitling Navitimer Two Tone 42mm D23322
The Navitimer is Breitling's best known series, and a personal favourite here at Watch Vault. It is classic Breitling, and a design that has endured the test of time and still finds itself at the top of the pile in the Aeronautical derived watches. The version we have here is known as the D23322, and is a lesson in two tone done right.
The case measures in at 42mm in steel, surrounded by a 18k yellow gold bezel. It houses a white dial with classic Navitimer layout, and gold subdials, applied markers and hands. Just the right amount of gold to add some colour, but not be too over the top in our opinion.
It's powered by the Breitling cal.23 automatic chronograph movement, which is based around the ETA 7753 for easy servicing and reliability, and is mounted to the excellent polished steel Breitling bracelet.
This particular example presents in TZ 'Good' condition. Has been worn regularly, and shows scuffs and scratches commensurate with regular use. There's a few very small pin dents/nicks on the sides of the case, but nothing large. Lugs show marks from strap changes, and case back shows scratching. Please see images for full condition details.
Bracelet is fully linked, and shows desk diving marks throughout.
No known service history. Keeping COSC time at 300+ degrees of amplitude, and chrono starts, stops and resets as it should.
Comes as watch-only, no box or papers. Will include a Watch Vault Travel Case, and Watch Vault cleaning cloth.
