Breitling Top Time 1967 Edition 'Zorro' A23310121G1X1
Inspired by the reference 2003 from the 60's, Breitling has called upon its back catalogue of Top Time pieces to bring the classic line into the modern era.
Released in 2020, the case measures in at 41mm and is crafted in stainless steel, and is 14.4mm thick with a lug-to-lug of 51.4, with stunning pump pushers and large knurled crown echoing those mid-century vibes. The dial itself is the star of the show, with a classic Zorro style with two sub-registers, one for constant seconds and the other for Chrono minutes in contrasting silver against the black base. It's topped with beautiful red lacquered hands with black polished centres, which match the 0-10 markings on the chrono register. Markers are applied, with generous lume, and it's all surrounded by a decimal scale around the outer edge.
Powering it is the automatic Breitling Calibre 23 movement (ETA 7753), renowned for it's robust nature and ease of servicing. It's mounted to a black 'gator strap with steel Breitling deployant, and also comes with a Nubuck brown OEM strap with Breitling tang buckle.
This particular piece was purchased locally in 2020 and presents in TZ 'Near Mint' condition. Case is very clean, with only minor swirls and hairlines present on the bezel and case sides. Case back shows some light scratching across its surface, and there's some minor scratches near the crown from being wound. Please see images for full condition details.
No service history, but a little young for that. Keeping COSC time, and all functions operating as they should.
