Bulgari Octo Finissimo Extra Thin Steel Ref 103011 Automatic
For us here at Watch Vault, the Octo Finissimo series is one of the most refreshing releases of the past decade and one that will no doubt be a future icon in the world of horology.
Here we have one of the more interesting pieces to be released in our opinion, and one that only stayed in production for a few short years. Fashioned in sand blasted Steel, the case is an astonishingly thin 5.15mm while measuring 40mm across. It’s powered by the BVL 138 calibre, itself measuring a scant 2.23mm thick. Along with this ridiculously thin case, the integrated steel bracelet is a wonder in itself. Again, super thin, perfectly formed links taper to a double-fold clasp with its own little party trick. The folding mechanism is partially recessed into the clasp and links, helping it to be ultra-comfortable, and ultra-thin.
The sandblasted steel of the case looks quite different to the titanium pieces, offering a more lustrous finish and not dissimilar to the Octo in sandblasted Gold. The dial is also lighter in colour, and would suit those who love the matte pieces, but prefer steel over titanium.
This particular piece was first sold in September 2020 and presents in TZ Mint condition. Case was just replaced by Bulgari due to a faulty finish, and thus presents as-new. Please see images for full condition details.
Bracelet is fully linked, and shows only the most minor signs of use.
Comes with outer box, inner box and warranty card dated (expired), cleaning cloth and Watch Vault cleaning cloth. Please note the warranty card number no longer correlates with the case due to the replacement. Bulgari do not issue new warranty cards, however they have updated their system so when you scan the QR code on the card the new serial is displayed. We have an image of the previous case number and can supply on request.
