The Dublin strap is handmade in Germany using vegetable tanned cowhide from the famous Horween tannery in Chicago, USA. Utilising similar traditional extracts and methods used in Horween shell Cordovan straps, these Dublin straps are characterised by the high proportion of oil creating their unique finish. This leather ages beautifully over time, creating a vintage texture due to this special type of tanning.
These straps have tonal irregularities due to the leather being chemically untreated which gives these straps a vintage appeal. This strap has a vegetable tanned lining leather and is embossed with a soft felt inlay
All straps are exclusively made by hand in Fluco's factory in the Bavarian Forest.
- Fine top-stitching in white contrasting colour.
- The lock stitches on the buckle double stitched.
- The same traditional tanning extracts as used in the Horween shell cordovan are used to make this leather.
- Edge dark painted, sanded and polished by hand multiple times.
