We do love a good composite watch here at WV, and the Radiomir is a piece we’ve always felt very much so suited the matte black finish it provides with its military vibes. This particular version is one of the coolest they've made in our opinion, and is known as the PAM00339.
Released in a limited series of 1500 pieces in 2011, it features a 47mm composite case made of ceramic and aluminium so is super light despite its large dimensions. Speaking of dimensions, this is one of the easiest 47mm Panerai's to wear as the Radiomir wire lugs are shorter than you'd see on the Luminor or 1940 case, both visually and in actuality.
Within this awesome case lies a matte black sandwich dial with ecru lume, matching hands, and sub-seconds inboard of 9. To balance this, there is another sub-dial at 3 stating the watches 8 day power reserve courtesy of the manual wind P2002/7 movement.
It’s mounted to a lovely Assolutamente strap on Panerai tang buckle. Panerai's best strap in my opinion.
This particular piece was first sold in 2011 and presents in TZ Near Mint condition, with the only signs of wear we can see being a couple of very small scuffs on the sides of the case. See images for full condition details.
No service history that we're aware of. Winds very smoothly, and is keeping time around +0 to +3 measured in multiple stages of its power reserve.
Comes with shipping box, outer box, inner box, instruction manual, warranty booklet (expired), hang tags, and LE certificate. Inner box shows degradation inside which is typical of these.
Superb example of one of Panerai's coolest pieces of the 2010's.
